You must clearly define your goals; know what it is that you really want and be able to describe it.
This is not always as easy or simple as it may seem; but being clear, definite, and persistent about what you want is crucial to getting it.
Once you have your goals established, written and organized, test yourself to know if you can see and feel them already accomplished.
If you cannot, it is only chance that they will actually occur the way you want them to.
When you are able to do this easily, summarize your goals . . . and memorize them. Affirm them often via that self talk in your head.
The two best times to do this are first thing when you awake and the last thing before going to sleep, when your subsonscious is most susceptible to suggestions.
Meditation or deep relaxation is also an excellent time.
Routinize this process . . . then . . . let it be.
